Rankin Creek is a relatively small creek that begins its life in a pair of tiny lakes on the southwest side of Mt. Baker and eventually joins the Middle Fork of the Nooksack. As the creek leaves the further west of the two lakes, it drops over a plunging waterfall around 100' tall. The falls can be seen distantly from the climbers' trail up Rankin Ridge. It should be possible to climb down from the lakes along the eastern lake's outlet (which likely contains some sort of waterfall of its own) into the meadows below and then head over to the falls. I haven't tried it yet though.
