DIRECTIONS - Drive about 6 miles along Suiattle River Road to Tenas Creek Road (first road after Big Creek). Follow the road to its end where the Boulder Lake Trail begins. You will arrive at the falls in 1.25 miles.

Tenas Creek Falls is encountered along the Boulder Lake Trail. The upper tier is impossible to miss, since the trail passes within about three feet of the perfect viewing spot. This section drops 25' in two segments and is exceptionally pretty. The lower tier can be seen through the trees from the trail, but a short scramble through the brush is required to get a good view. It's worth the trouble though, as the creek drops 66' in a two-stepped drop. Add some cascades in between the two sections, and the total height of the waterfall is 102'.

If you're going to make the long drive and short hike to this waterfall, you should most definitely continue the hike to Boulder Lake Falls upstream and the gorgeous lake.
