Pocket Falls is one of a series of waterfalls located on Crater Creek near the headwaters of the South Fork Tolt River. The falls begin with a sliding cascade before turning a corner and dropping sideways over a bulge of rounded bedrock, spreading out to 20' wide in the process. Like all the falls on the creek, this one ends in a beautiful pool. Ferns, evergreens, and all sorts of other vibrant vegetation line the pool, creating a stunning locale.
