The lower section of Swamp Creek is chockful of small, cascading waterfalls. While the waterfalls aren't all that great, the canyon is pretty astounding. Huge vertical walls rising hundreds of feet above the creek are the norm.

This is the uppermost and best waterfall in that section (although it's still not that great). The falls consist of some cascades and then a 35' tall horsetail. The horsetail was pretty, but I had bad lighting and I'm never going back so this is the best picture you get. Sorry.
