Upper Tolt River Falls is a stunningly beautiful waterfall located in the upper reaches of the river. The fledgling river plunges 40' into a stunning pool, surrounded by greenery and an incredible variety of wildflowers. The entire scene looks like something from the mind of Bob Ross. Even the trees seem happy.

The bad news is that it's very difficult to access the falls. I'm also not 100% sure about the legality of entering the area. I didn't see any sort of signs or fences saying to keep out, but the falls are in the Tolt River Watershed, which provides the drinking water for the city of Seattle. Access to these watersheds are usually forbidden.
