Scramble Creek Falls is one of the best waterfalls in the North Cascades and makes the #21 spot on our list of the best waterfalls in the Pacific Northwest.

Scramble Creek is a fairly good-sized that drains a valley on the north side of Mt. Blum. As the creek exits the valley, it drops over this massive waterfall. The creek slides for about 70 vertical feet before turning left and dropping 372' in a gorgeous plunge. Most of the water stays in a narrow firehose plunge, but a small portion slides gracefully down the cliff as well. From my vantage point, I actually could not see the bottom of the plunge, so the falls are likely taller than the 372' listed here.

If I ever return to this area (which is unlikely considering the extreme difficulty of getting here), I will continue to climb into the valley above. Several other tall waterfalls occur in the valley above.
