Right off the bat let me tell you that you should not visit this waterfall. While it's very pretty, the difficulty of reaching it is not worth the trouble. The trip involves 4 miles of walking a logging road (each way) and then an extremely strenuous bushwhack down into the canyon. Then you have to do it all in reverse to get out.

Middle Mill Creek Falls is a super pretty 25' tall block shaped waterfall located in the extremely deep canyon of Mill Creek. Upstream are a long series of cascades that could, theoretically, be added to the height of this waterfall. However, these cascades are covered with logs, boulders, and various other pieces of debris. About 500' upstream, the creek turns a corner and runs through a short section of canyon that is filled with a dozen boulders that are the size of small houses. It's pretty impressive.
