DIRECTIONS - Turn off Highway 2 just east of the town of Skykomish onto Beckler River Road (FR 65). Follow the road over Jacks Pass and down the other side. When you reach the junction with FR 63, continue straight onto the pavement and follow it for about two miles to a small pullout on the left noted by a huge log lying next to it.

Bear Creek Falls occurs along the North Fork of the Skykomish River (I know it's confusing) right at the mouth of Bear Creek. The waterfall is a long series of small cascades culminating in a plunge into a huge pool of emerald colored water. The entire bedrock formation drops about 25', but the cascades are so gradual that they aren't super impressive.
