Lower Potter Falls

Lower Potter Falls is a very nice waterfall that, unfortunately, is located on private property. When I visited the falls, I came in from the south side and didn't see any signs indicating that we aren't allowed to visit. However, on the north side of the creek is a road, a nice lawn area, and stepping stones down to the creek behind a house.

The falls actually consist of two tiers. The upper tier is a pretty 20' drop into a nice pool of water. The main drop plunges around 80' and is located just downstream.
