DIRECTIONS - Drive east on Highway 20 to Marblemount and head straight over the Skagit River onto the Cascade River Road. After around 18 miles the road crosses over the North Fork of the Cascade River. About 1/2 a mile later, the road will make a sharp switchback to the left. There will be a gated road heading straight off from the corner. Park here and start walking down the road. In around 2 miles the road turns into a trail. Continue along the trail for another mile or so to where the Middle Fork Trail heads to the left. Follow this trail until it ends at a huge rockslide. The falls should be visible and/or audible at this point. Work upstream over the boulders to the falls.

The Middle Fork of the Cascade River runs over a long series of talus cascades before plunging over this lovely segmented waterfall 1/4 miles upstream from the South Fork. The falls are two side-by-side 27' tall drops that produce a massive amount of spray thanks to the high volume of the Middle Fork. I named the falls Gemini Falls because of the identical look of the two segments.
